George Brinton McClellan (b. Nov. 23, 1865, Dresden, Germany-d. Nov. 30, 1940, Washington, D.C.), Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, Member, U.S. House of Representatives, and Mayor of New York City, had a varied career after graduating from Princeton University and earning a law degree.
